Perfect Chocolate Cake

The ONLY chocolate cake recipe you'll need.

Once you've made this one you'll snub your nose at all others. Moist, chocolatey...ugh I gotta stop...

Perfect Chocolate Cake

1¾ cups flour

¾ cup cocoa

1½ teaspoon baking powder

1½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk

½ cup fractionated coconut oil

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup water, boiling

Perfect Chocolate Frosting

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Butter and flour two 9" round baking pans. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will look thin). Pour into pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Let cool completely. Then frost with Perfect Chocolate Frosting.

Last step: Keep yourself from eating the whole thing.
